Ingredients
  • 6 oz Daring Original Pieces (about 5-6 pieces)
  • 1 tbsp Parsley
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Pepper
  • 1.5 tbsp Grapeseed Oil
  • 3 Heads romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 12 Carrington Farms Quinoa Croutons
  • 1 Bottle of Follow Your Heart Caesar dressing
  • ½ tsp Generous pinch of mineral salt & fresh cracked pepper
  • 1 block Violife parmesan, shredded
Bar Vegan Chicken Caesar Salad

Step 1

Chop romaine hearts into large diced pieces. Set aside.

Step 2

Crumble croutons by hand into smaller pieces. Set aside.

Step 3

Shredded Parmesan with grater. Set aside.

Step 4

Heat sauté a nonstick pan on medium-low heat for one minute. Season Daring chicken with parsley, salt and pepper. Add oil to the pan. Sear Daring chicken until golden brown on each side. Cook for approximately 1.5 to 2 minutes per side. Set aside.

Step 5

Assemble the Caesar Salad. Place the chopped romaine in a large mixing bowl, add as much or as little of the dressing as you like. Season with salt and pepper. Add crumbled croutons and a sprinkle of violife parmesan. Place salad on a plate or bowl and arrange Daring Chicken on top of salad. Sprinkle with more croutons and parmesan cheese.
