How to cook Daring.

Daring in the kitchen.

Non-breaded instructions

Sauté

Daring sautés easy. While it cooks well on a variety of surfaces, we recommend using a non-stick pan, lightly coated with a high smoke point oil and set over medium heat.

There’s no defrosting necessary. And it takes all of 10 to 12 minutes (if cooking from frozen) for Daring to reach its full crisped-up, golden-brown glory.

Oven Bake

Preheat the oven to 200ºC/400ºF. Place pieces on a baking tray, evenly spread out. Cook for 10-14 minutes, carefully turning pieces halfway through to ensure even browning.

Pieces are ready when golden brown and crisp.

Air Fry

Place pieces in the air fryer with a little oil. Air fry for 10 minutes at 400ºF, turning pieces halfway through to ensure even browning.

Pieces are ready when golden brown and crisp.

Pan Fry

Heat 1/4” of grapeseed oil or similar in a pan on medium-high heat.

Once hot, carefully lower pieces into pan–you may need to do this in batches to avoid overcrowding the pan. Spoon some of the oil over the pieces and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Turn pieces halfway through and cook for another 2 minutes to ensure even browning. Remove when pieces are golden brown and crisp, drain on paper towel.
