How to Cook Daring

Savory, juicy, and remarkably chicken-y, Daring Plant Chicken sizzles, tears, and shreds just like chicken.

Sauté

  • ORIGINAL
  • Daring sautés easy. While it cooks well on a variety of surfaces, we recommend using a non-stick pan, lightly coated with a high smoke point oil and set over medium heat.
  • To sauté, preheat pan on high, then reduce to medium heat. Lightly coat pan with oil and cook frozen pieces 5 to 6 minutes, turning occasionally. When pieces are golden brown on both sides, they’re ready to eat!
